Organizational Structure

The Board of Directors is responsible for strategic management policy formulation and direction of Wilmont Nigeria Limited and meets at least every quarter of the year. The Board is the highest decision making organ, which currently consists of an Executive Chairman and five (5) Directors. The Board elects the Chairman every four (4) years.
